Code of Conduct
DLAI is a neutral, member-driven association. This Code of Conduct helps ensure respectful engagement,
ethical behaviour, and fair collaboration across members, partners and stakeholders.
Applies to: Members, office bearers, event participants, speakers, sponsors, partners, and anyone representing DLAI.
Core principles
- Respect & professionalism in all communications and activities.
- Integrity in business conduct, representation and information sharing.
- Neutrality — no misuse of DLAI platforms for unfair competitive practices.
- Safety & compliance awareness — promote responsible handling and best practices.
- Confidentiality — protect member and association information.
Unacceptable conduct
- Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
- Misrepresentation of DLAI, its members, or official communications.
- Spam, solicitation, or aggressive promotion on association channels/events.
- Sharing false information, confidential data, or private member details.
Reporting & action
Concerns can be reported to the association via the Contact page. DLAI may take appropriate action to protect
members and association integrity, including warnings, removal from platforms/events, or membership review,
as per governance norms.
