About the Award
What is the India Best Practices Award?
The Global Best Practices Awards are organised by CINET — the international body
for professional textile care — in partnership with DLAI. Businesses across India
are assessed on operational excellence, sustainability, staff training, customer
service, and innovation. Winners advance to the World Best Practices Finals held
annually at Texcare International in Milan.
This Year's Process
How were participants assessed?
Applications were accepted across three categories — Retail Big, Retail Small,
and B2B Industrial. Ten businesses from across India participated and paid the
application fee. Submissions were evaluated on a structured scoring framework
covering operations, environment, technology, and service — culminating at
NCDL 2026 in Kochi on 5–6 September.
